This page explains what we do with the details you give us on this website. We only ask for what we need to help you buy, sell or value a home.

What we collect
When you fill in one of our forms (a valuation request, a visit booking, registering as a buyer or a general enquiry) we collect what you type in. That can include:
- your name, phone number and email address
- the address and postcode of your home
- details about your home, such as bedrooms and when it was built
- any photos of your rooms you choose to send
- anything else you tell us in your message
Photos are always optional. You can ask for a valuation without them.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, value your home, arrange viewings and visits, and keep you up to date about homes you might like. We do this because you asked us to, or because it is needed to give you the service you came to us for.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is saved securely on this website and sent to our team by email. A few trusted companies help us run the website and its email, and they can only use your details to do that job for us. If you go on to buy or sell with us, we will share what is needed with the people involved in the sale, such as solicitors and mortgage lenders, and with anyone the law says we must.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how people use this website, such as which pages are visited and how they found us, so we can make it better. Analytics cookies are only set if you agree to them, and you can change your mind at any time.
Property pages show a Google map so you can see where the home is. Google may set its own cookies when that map loads; you can read how Google uses them at policies.google.com.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to help you, and for any longer time the law requires (for example, records estate agents must keep about a sale). After that we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Just email or call us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
